Client Care Representatives

Originally from Elma, Carrie moved out of the area for high school and college. She graduated from Denison University and received her B.S. degree in Economics. She moved back to Elma with her husband Bob, and they have 6 wonderful children. Carrie joined the team of Seneca Animal Hospital in 2007.  She also has an American Bulldog and 2 adorable cats.

Carly took Small Animal Science classes at W.D. Ormsby Center in 2008.  Carly has worked at Seneca Animal Hospital since 2011. She has worked as both a veterinary assistant, and as a client care representative. She enjoys helping in the community she lives in, and has a deep love for all animals. Carly has a beautiful cat named Pudge.

Hailing from Springville, Becca joined the staff of Seneca Animal Hospital in 2018. She is a huge animal lover of all types of animals too. Becca has 2 cats named Khalesi and Missandi, a black lab named Baloo, a Blue Tongue Skink named Nymphadora, and a Leopard Gecko named Narissa. Becca spends her leisure time going to concerts, kayaking, and spending anytime outdoors.

Jessica, an avid animal lover, has worked in the veterinary field since 2006. She joined the staff of Seneca Animal Hospital in 2023. She enjoys spending time with her two beautiful dogs, Penny Lane (a Cane Corso) and Trooper (a hound mix). Jessica also has two adorable kitties named Juju and Mabel.

Native to Gardner NY, in the Hudson Valley area, Kelley moved to Boston, NY in 1990. She received her A.A.S. in Animal Science from Niagara Community College in 1993. Kelley’s previous animal experience includes working at horse barn, where she would give trail rides. She also has worked as a CCR in the veterinary field for 25 years prior to coming to Seneca Animal Hospital, in 2023.

Also known as the crazy cat lady, Kelley also helps foster cats for H.E.A.R.T Cat Rescue. However, if you look past all of those kitties you will find Scarlett (a Pitbull mix) and Beagle (a Beagle of course!) at her home. When she’s not at work, you will find Kelley with her two sons, Andrew and Jack. She also enjoys photography, gardening, baking, and hiking. Kelley is also a huge fan of both the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres.

Born in Rochester NY, KC moved to Massachusetts in 2012, but moved back to Cheektowaga NY in 2021. A lover of all animals since she was a child, KC volunteered at a dog grooming facility while she was a senior in high school. She enjoys spending time her Chihuahua Mix named Bailey, when she’s not at work. In her leisure time you can find KC baking, biking, drawing or going for walks.  However, you can also find her binge watching her favorite TV shows. KC joined the staff of Seneca Animal Hospital in 2023.
